Right-Link SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Right-Link Transport Ltd. (“we,” “us” or “our”) uses text messaging (SMS) on business phone numbers that we assign to our employees.

1. Program description

Right-Link Transport Ltd gives some employees business phone numbers through Microsoft Teams. These numbers are used to receive account verification codes, one-time passwords, sign-in codes and security alerts from services that employees use for work.

We do not use this program to send marketing, promotional or advertising messages.

2. How you opt in

You opt in when you, as an employee of Right-Link Transport Ltd, give your assigned business phone number to a service or website so that you can receive verification or security codes. By doing this, you agree to receive text messages related to that account.

3. Types of messages

You may receive:

One-time passwords and verification codes
Sign-in and multi-factor authentication codes
Account security and recovery messages

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on how often you sign in to or verify your accounts.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

6. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages after that. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

You can also stop messages from a specific service by removing your business phone number from that service’s account settings.
